My cousin recently purchased their home in September and Mike was their realtor as they had dealt with other realtors... in the past who wanted either a quick sale or just didn’t click with their needs in a home. Michael was so efficient and honest and reliable as to all their wants and desires in their future home and they couldn’t be more happier. We worked with a terrific agent from In-Site, Mike Cunningham. This was our first home and we were ready to move on but... also somewhat reluctant. Mike worked with us every step of the way and we set specific financial goals. Within two weeks we had multiple offers and ended up accepting an offer for 6k over our asking price. We knew we had a desirable home but did not expect this and we are thrilled! It was a pleasure to deal with Insight Realty. The second prospective buyer bought my house and paid a little less than... asking price which was fine as we went a little high.
